Inspecta Oy does not disclose customer data to companies other than those it owns or to the parent company. However, Inspecta may use an external service provider to produce and interpret website analytics.
Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA
As a general rule, the information collected in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area. Some personal data is processed outside Finland or the EU by either us or our partners. In this case, too, we ensure that the data is processed carefully and with respect for the protection of personal data.
Registry security principles
Personal data is stored in systems managed by the controller.
Access to the personal register is limited to those persons employed by the controller and other specified persons who need information in the performance of their duties. They have usernames and passwords. The data is technically protected by a firewall.
Right of inspection
The data subject has the right to check his or her data stored in the personal register. The inspection request is made in writing to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to demand correction of information
The data subject has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information in the register. The correction request is made in writing to the e-mail address email@example.com.
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
